Candice has over 10 years of varied end to end recruitment experience specialising in IT for the past seven years. She is skilled in dealing with a diverse range of people across cultures at all different levels in a business. Not only does she enjoy the recruitment and human resources side of the business, Candice also enjoys working on business development strategies and collaborating with the sales team.
Andreas is a highly accomplished international banking, payments and technology executive with extensive experience across Europe, the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, the Middle East, Southeast Asia and LATAM. He brings deep expertise in core banking, payments strategy, card issuing, digital transformation, M&A integration, commercial partnerships and large-scale technology execution across banking and finance, fintech and payment ecosystems.
Known for his strong stakeholder management and hands-on leadership style, Andreas has successfully led complex end-to-end transformation initiatives while building and mentoring high-performing teams across multiple regions. His previous leadership roles include senior executive and Managing Director positions with Wirecard, First Data Corporation and ACI Worldwide, where he oversaw payment platforms, front-end processing and financial institution partnerships across EMEA and global markets. He has also served as CIO for First Data and CEO for GFG Group.
Andreas also holds advanced blockchain and digital currency masters degree, graduating with Distinction in his MSc studies in 2023, and is a guest lecturer and active member of international Board Director associations. Andreas has now completed the Generative and Agentic AI for Business programme at the University of Toronto.
