Chris is one of the most experienced banking and technology professionals with more than three decades of expertise in core banking, product management, business strategy, service transition, and enterprise transformation. He played a significant technical lead role in the Commonwealth Bank of Australia for 17 years during which he added important contributions to the bank’s Core Banking Modernisation program, including product management of the Operational Data Store, a critical integration gateway across the banking ecosystem.
Chris has extensive experience designing and optimising complex banking capabilities across payments, collections, reporting, statementing and regulatory compliance. Prior to CBA, he spent 15 years with Financial Network Services as Product Manager for the globally recognised BANCS core banking platform. Chris was involved in implementations in Europe, Asia and Australia. He combines deep technical capability with strong stakeholder engagement and business transformation expertise
