Candice has over 10 years of varied end to end recruitment experience specialising in IT for the past seven years. She is skilled in dealing with a diverse range of people across cultures at all different levels in a business. Not only does she enjoy the recruitment and human resources side of the business, Candice also enjoys working on business development strategies and collaborating with the sales team.
Elaine is a senior executive and program delivery specialist with over two decades of experience leading complex, enterprise-scale change across financial services, technology and professional services. Started as a wealth manager and later trader at the Canadian securities exchange she is presently recognised for stepping into complex initiatives and challenging environments, rapidly diagnosing opportunities for optimisation and converting strategic intent into practical, measurable outcomes.
At Allianz Australia, Elaine was appointed by the CIO to establish and lead a strategic transformation program responding to critical recommendations from a BCG review. Her remit included redesigning operating models, introducing new ways of working and identifying AI-enabled efficiencies projected to deliver $70 million in benefits over five years. Previously, at Commonwealth Bank, she strengthened performance measurement across eight major technology suppliers, reducing non-financial risk and developing opportunities to automate supplier assessment.
Elaine has particular expertise in recovering troubled programs. While advising Westpac through EY, she assessed an over-budget, delayed invoice-finance initiative within four weeks, was subsequently asked to assume the Program Director role, and delivered the remediation to revised budget and timelines.
Her broader career spans executive leadership roles at FinXL, DB Results, KPMG and Macquarie Bank. She has shaped growth strategies, built strategic partnerships, led large onshore and offshore teams, governed major portfolios and overseen budgets of up to $300 million. At Macquarie, she led teams of up to 250 supporting enterprise-wide initiatives across the 15,000-person organisation; at KPMG, she managed more than 200 people.
Elaine combines strategic perspective, commercial discipline and delivery pragmatism, making her especially valuable to organisations where transformation is complex, high-risk, underperforming or business-critical.
Candice was named second in Chandler Macleod’s national consultant of the year out of 102 consultants in her first year of recruitment.
