He is a highly accomplished professional with more than 25 years’ international experience leading some of the banking industry’s most complex transformation programs across United Kingdom, Asia-Pacific, Australia and New Zealand. He specialises in leading strategy, execution and restoring confidence to large-scale initiatives that may be underperforming or require effective executive leadership. Elliot has successfully led core banking modernisations, technology separations, mergers and acquisitions, cloud migrations, application rationalisation and enterprise-wide transformation programmes within highly regulated financial institutions.

Throughout his career, Elliot has held senior leadership positions including Chief Technology Officer, Chief Architect, General Manager, Portfolio Director, and Program Director with organisations including Bank of New Zealand, Barclays Banking Group, The Co-operative Bank UK, KPMG and BDO Unibank. He has directed programs valued in excess of $400 million, mobilised multinational delivery organisations of more than 350 specialists, and successfully managed global technology partners including IBM, Capgemini, Cognizant and Temenos.
