Kevin is a senior program delivery executive with over 25 years’ experience in delivering large IT solutions in various financial institutions in Australia and internationally.
He has over 20 years’ management and leadership experience in delivering quality solutions for clients, providing them with the technical foundations for them to succeed in the future.
Kevin has the ability to lead the delivery of large-scale applications with multiple integration points, managing multiple vendors and ensuring a quality delivery on time and to budget.
He demonstrates excellent communication skills liaising with stakeholders, senior management, project managers, and their teams to resolve issues and to ensure successful delivery. Further, Kevin establishes a productive team environment within a project and effectively motivates team members to go above and beyond to achieve successful delivery.
Kevin played a key role in the delivery of the core transformation projects at two of Australia big four banks. He was involved in transitioning the organisations from multiple back-end systems to one core platform.
Kevin also played a key role in the delivery of an omni-channel solution at one of Australia’s leading insurance companies. He provided staff and customers an enhanced experience when applying for insurance.
Kevin was vendor delivery lead for the implementation of one of Australia’s largest banks’ internet banking platform.
