Candice has over 10 years of varied end to end recruitment experience specialising in IT for the past seven years. She is skilled in dealing with a diverse range of people across cultures at all different levels in a business. Not only does she enjoy the recruitment and human resources side of the business, Candice also enjoys working on business development strategies and collaborating with the sales team.
Recently completed secondary school education, graduating with a High School Certificate. Maria has key interests in law, humanities, and mathematics. She has a passion for reading, writing, and learning. Over the past few years, Maria has been entrusted with responsibilities in both the hospitality and technology industries, where she continues to further her knowledge and work experience while completing her double degree as part of her tertiary education. She aspires to complete her double degree and master’s degrees in law, communications, and technology.
Candice was named second in Chandler Macleod’s national consultant of the year out of 102 consultants in her first year of recruitment.
Candice has recruited for global and national companies such as Qantas, Lion Nathan, NewCorp, John Holland, Toyota Motor Corporation, and MBF.
