MATTHEW MARTIN

Matthew (Matt) is one of Australia’s finest and most accomplished Test professionals. He has more than 24 years of experience spanning the Banking, Finance, Superannuation, Insurance, Digital Identity, Government, and Industrial Automation sectors. Throughout his career, he has held senior leadership roles including Test Director, Test Lead, and Release Manager. His work with major organisatiοns such as Suncorp, QSuper, ING Bank, CitiBank, Macquarie Bank, Endeavour Group, Defence Housing Australia, and PwC has established him as a trusted expert in large-scale, high-complexity technology program delivery.

Matt excels in overseeing testing services across the enterprise and across multiple concurrent programs, balancing competing priorities while maintaining quality, governance, and on-time delivery. He has designed and implemented enterprise-level testing frameworks across a variety of software development methodologies, including Agile, and has authored Master Test Strategies, Test Plans, Test Summary Reports and Defect Management techniques for numerous programs.

He is an excellent communicator and a trusted advisor to executive-level leaders and program directors. Matt brings deep expertise in test governance, automation, strategy, delivery risk management, test execution, test data management, environments, test tools.
