Nur is an IT Executive with over 30 years of experience in Financial Services. She has developed and implemented Data Strategies, led large-scale IT transformation programs, modernised enterprise architectures, and created best practice frameworks including Ethical AI governance.
With extensive Information Management expertise, Nur has architected solutions and defined governance and operating models to develop and optimise corporate strategies based on data and insights. She has successfully directed diverse solution delivery teams as large as 200+ members. Nur’s career spans leadership roles at the Australian Securities Exchange, Westpac, ERGO (German Insurance), AMP Bank, CommBank, and American Express. As a General Manager at CommBank, Nur was a key member of the leadership team for the highly regarded Core Banking Modernisation program.
Throughout her career, Nur has consistently demonstrated the ability to shape service delivery capabilities, resolve complex business challenges, and engage effectively at C-level to deliver transformative business outcomes.
