Core Banking Modernisation program
An AU$1.5b initiative which modernised the retail and commercial arms of the Bank’s core technology, whilst achieving customer centricity. Our CEO and many of our current consultants were involved from the program’s very start having leadership accountability for tech solution delivery and project management. Following by the Bank’s waterfall and agile methodologies, our team members were accountable for delivery budget of up to AU$350m, managing teams of 20-550 FTE over a period of 6 years.
Core Banking Transformation program
An AU$250m initiative which achieved customer centricity, replacement of every-day banking, home lending and cards core technologies whilst re-digitising the company’s internet presence and enabling the Bank’s first data harbour and systems of insights technology. Our consultants were intimately involved with end to end program delivery, managing large teams on-shore and off-shore. We led the transformation of the retail lending business through enablement of white labelling digital solutions.
Customer Service Hub program
A seven year, AU$1.3b transformation program which when combined with the Bank’s digital re-architecture and big data platform initiatives will eventually set the Bank as the front runner in retail, commercial and business banking sectors. The remit of the program is to achieve one bank, multi branded solutions through the replacement of legacy platforms and introduction of state of the art banking technologies. LibertyIT’s consultants are advising the exec of program strategy, are leading the tech delivery and are helping the Bank with solution architecture and business analysis.
