In celebration of International Women’s Day 2024, Liberty invited leaders from various industries to offer messages of support, advice and inspiration to women in the hope of encouraging the younger generation to pursue their dreams.
Kirsten King is a household name, synonymous with instructing many a famous name from Rita Ora to Lara Worthington. A Pilates instructor for over 20 years King founded the Fluidform brand in 2012; now with multiple studios Australia wide and an online platform reaching more than 90 countries globally.
In our International Women’s Day series; Kirsten’s message is that “things take time”. In a world where things seemingly “happen overnight’; she stresses that it is hard work and dedication that will get you to your end goal. “You need to ensure that you prepare yourself and exceed expectations at every stand point” – King says.
