With over 20+ years as a Senior Business Analyst, predominantly in the Banking industry, Yohannes has worked across large core organisational transformation projects (CBA, Westpac and RMS) and process re-engineering initiatives (DPE, Qantas, Ellerston Capital).

He has extensive knowledge of various Banking products and processes including deposits, transactions and lending across Retail, Business, Corporate and Institutional Banking. Additionally, Yohannes has had significant exposure across assisted channels and transformation and has contributed to the successful delivery of multiple programs of work.

Key Achievements

Yohannes has received a CEO award for playing a pivotal role in delivering the $500mill+ Multi Currency on Core (MCC) project on time and on budget.

Additionally, he has successfully delivered new EDRMS system training for 400+ users across 5 different location within NSW for Department of Planning & Environment (DPE) with only one week’s worth of preparation.
