Kunal has worked in several large sized complex projects as a Developer, Business Analyst, Solution Architect, Scrum Master & Senior Delivery Manager.

He is considered an SME in Capital Markets, Retail and Mortgage, Agile/Lean/Scrum, Wire framing ,Requirement Gathering, Sprint Planning and Digital Analytics. Kunal is a Certified Scrum Master(Scrum Alliance) and is currently aiming to become a Certified Pega Business Architect (CPBA).

Kunal is an Agile evangelist who been working with Scaled agile for 2 plus years & has managed scrum teams & mentored teams to attain L3 maturity.

  • Transformed a “to be disbanded” team into a high performing scrum team in 3 sprints after joining as Scrum master
  • Zero production defects for 3 continuous deliveries for Retail Marketing in JP Morgan
