Key Achievements

On the CBA Core Banking Replacement Program, Marie worked as a cross stream Executive Project Manager leading multiple teams to ensure quality requirements within the required timeframes across multiple releases were delivered.

Additionally, she managed the CBA – Personal Loan Portfolio revamp project to relaunch and automate the Personal Loan portfolio.  This involved successfully leading multiple streams to co-ordinate the technical and business team’s activities. Marie significantly reduced back office costs in servicing Personal Loans through automation and increased Personal Loan Market Share due to quicker turnaround of decisioning and funding.
