With 17 years’ experience, in the Banking and Financial services sector, Pam has worked in a range of different capacities, specializing in Product Management and Marketing of Retail and Institutional Banking products in Australian, the UK and CEMEA.  

Pam has experience working as a Relationship Manager for large National and International brands and has also Project Managed digital transformation projects in Australia’s largest bank. 

In her spare time Pam enjoys event planning & co-ordination, and has her own event co-ordination business.    


Pam is always looking for what she can do to help with the intention of ensuring our business and our clients both achieve their goals.  She has come to learn that a strong customer focus – understanding customer needs, what problem they need to solve or benefit they want to derive, determines how to service them best.  Using technology to make our customer’s and client’s lives, better, simpler and easier, is a winning formula.

Pam is a skilled communicator who brings strategy, creativity, and leadership to her projects, handling digital marketing and event planning to deliver the highest quality results no matter the hurdles faced along the way.  Pam enjoys public speaking, hosting events, and executing search engine optimization campaigns.  She works hard to create a productive and happy workplace for clients and team members alike.


Pam was responsible for the International Payments and Network Management business for Westpac Banking Corporation, where she managed a team of 6 people and was responsible for the Operations team of 100 people that supported the business.    

Previously, Pam managed Debit card initiatives across Central Europe, Middle East and Africa, delivering face to face training programs in all of these markets for Senior Management at Visa’s client Banks in Moscow, Cairo, Botswana, Sarajevo, Johannesburg, Kenya and Cape Town.  Pam also designed innovative online training platforms in multiple languages which provided training for tens of thousands of branch staff across the world, driving more effective and profitable sales of Visa Cards. 

Prior to this Pam was responsible for the launch of Westpac Bank’s Debit MasterCard,  she also worked on the relaunch of Westpac’s suite of Savings and Investments products.
