Key Achievements:

Triona successfully transformed a project team of 28 people into a fully functioning Financial Crime Technology Portfolio of 150 strong global IT Delivery team delivering at scale within 6 months.  Additionally, she increased employee engagement 62% to 78% (Gallup Survey) over the course of 12 months.

From her time with CBA, Triona was a key contributor to the set up & delivery of CBA’s $1.6bn Core Banking Modernisation program and was most recently accountable for the successful delivery of a $50M program to uplift CBA’s Financial Crime capability.
