Alyssa is an experienced professional with deep specialisation in PMO at Project, Program and Portfolio levels. Alyssa also has hands-on project delivery experience having held several project manager roles. Her expertise is spanning non-profit, Banking & Finance, Telco, Gaming, and Media corporations. Her strengths lie in data-driven, metric-based schedule management, project resource workforce utilisation analysis, project financials management and benefits tracking. She also has experience in facilitating program delivery within dynamic, agile environments, with a demonstrated track record of achieving success. Key achievements

Alysa kicked off her career at Macquarie Bank as an assistant to several IT Directors, specifically supporting the Solution Centre lead (IT Director) who was accountable for the end-to-end delivery of the Core Banking Transformation Releases for Mortgage origination and Home Lending Servicing. Alyssa supported with PMO and Project Delivery and Coordination tasks.

At AMP (later ResolutionLife) as a PMO Lead and Program Coordinator, Alyssa worked on Program support for the Finance Separation and Transformation initiative (60m+ Capex). That included Portfolio level Reporting for scope, financials, workforce utilisation and schedule.

With nbnTM Australia, Alyssa had Project Management responsibilities. She also worked on creating Alteryx workflows for Tableau Monthly and weekly BPE Reporting.

As a Portfolio Analyst at Telstra, Alyssa performed daily analysis of HR and Seibel user data to acquire staff training requirements for Salesforce and the agent console migration. She used Power BI to create visuals for financials, data insights and workforce overview. He work was based on metrics based reporting and data analysis.

As a Finance & Resource Analyst at News Corp. Alyssa was responsible for the collation of monthly accrual information relating to Capex and Opex for current data projects.

At TabCorp as a PMO Lead and as a Project Manager, Alyssa oversaw financial tracking for the TLC/TABCROP Program, including forecasting, YTD spend, and accruals for both capital and operational expenditures. She applied strong data analytical skills and utilised advanced MS Excel features to gather and analyse business requirements, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of project needs.

Whilst at Centuria, as a PMO Lead and Project Analyst, Alyssa created and maintained Portfolio level Power BI dashboards for reporting project performance and risks.
