Chirag has 11+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, most of which as a senior business analyst, plus experience as a Product Manager in the Banking and financial services industry, particularly in home lending. He has deep experience in product fulfilment and e-conveyancing. He has experience working in Agile, Hybrid, and Waterfall environments and has spent multiple years as a project member of large transformational programs. Chirag has worked on several enterprise-wide projects using project, requirements and collaboration tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio, Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and MS Office. By combining his expertise in scoping, requirements elicitation, conceptual design and project delivery, Chirag has combined his knowledge of Lean Six Sigma with his banking background to produce excellent results. He can engage stakeholders at all levels and all stages of the project lifecycle, from ideation and identification of opportunities through requirements gathering, solution, execution and transition to BAU.
