Gopal brings extensive experience and knowledge in business analysis with sound database skills to interpret, analyse, and transform data, and report to business requirements. Gopal has the capability to manage requirements gathering, gap-fit analysis, configuration, specifications, and documenting. He has a good understanding of data, business flow, and process around banking products such as deposits and transactions, home loans and personal banking and insurance. He is also experienced in delivery management, project planning, scrum ceremonies, risk assessment and resource management.

Gopal has the ability to establish lightweight scrum project management processes and handle multiple projects simultaneously. He is passionate about improvement and can to create and implement design procedures that increase efficiency and accelerate delivery.

He is a thorough communicator with strong attention to detail and has a solid history of meeting all his deliverables on time and on budget.

Gopal has been recognized as an outstanding team player and leader, having managed a vendor team of 30+ staff for an insurance ODS project. He has successfully delivered correspondence capability and batch and downstream applications for the core banking modernisation program with CBA. Additionally, he has had experience in a variety of roles such as developer, test leader, business analyst and solution delivery manager.
