Candice has over 10 years of varied end to end recruitment experience specialising in IT for the past seven years. She is skilled in dealing with a diverse range of people across cultures at all different levels in a business. Not only does she enjoy the recruitment and human resources side of the business, Candice also enjoys working on business development strategies and collaborating with the sales team.
Michael spearheads Liberty’s strategic thinking on growth initiatives, partnerships, operations, and organisational design.
Michael brings a wealth of experience, with over 20 years of domestic and international expertise within the banking, financial services, and technology industries; areas that resonate deeply with not only his passions but also align perfectly with Liberty’s values.
Michael’s career has seen him hold executive leadership positions at industry-leading organisations, including Amazon Web Services (AWS), Sandstone Technology, Westpac Banking Corporation, and Bendigo Bank.
During his tenure at AWS, Michael served as the Australia & New Zealand Financial Services Industry Director, with particular focus on Cloud enablement. Prior to this, he held the position of Group CEO at Sandstone Technology, a global fintech company known for developing and licensing digital banking platforms to banks in Australia, New Zealand, Asia, and the United Kingdom. Notably, Sandstone has been a pioneer in Mortgage Origination solutions. Michael is also an accomplished company director and board advisor, having lent his expertise to several financial services and technology companies on several Boards and Advisory Committees.
Candice was named second in Chandler Macleod’s national consultant of the year out of 102 consultants in her first year of recruitment.
Candice has recruited for global and national companies such as Qantas, Lion Nathan, NewCorp, John Holland, Toyota Motor Corporation, and MBF.
