We cannot wait to chat to Paul and hear his views on Change Management. Paul is a coach, consultant, facilitator and researcher in this field. Paul manages an ongoing program of research and has authored 10 academic articles and three books. The first book, Leading Change, was based on research interviews conducted with more than 50 successful leaders across the world. The second book, co-authored with Dr Allen Moore, is called ‘Coaching in Three Dimensions’ and considers how coaching must adapt if it is to continue to be relevant in a complex world. ‘The Tao of Dialogue’ was published in January 2019. A real honour to have Paul join us.
