[Sydney, 8 Sept 2023] — Liberty is pleased to announce the appointment of Reza Karim as the new Head of Practice – Migration. With close to 20 years of extensive experience both internationally and Australia wide, Reza brings a wealth of knowledge and ‘best in class ’experience in data migration.
In his new role, Reza will lead Liberty’s strategy direction for complex data migration projects, fostering innovation, and ensuring the delivery of bullet proof solutions for our tier-1, medium and smaller size clients.
Reza’s career has been defined by his commitment to delivering intricate IT and data migration solutions for the Banking & Financial Services industry and Government. His expertise spans data management, data migration, and cutover, and he has consistently demonstrated his ability to lead diverse and distributed technology delivery teams.
Before joining Liberty, Reza spent over 15 years at consulting firms, Deloitte and Accenture Australia. He has worked on transformat ion programs for key Australian clients, including CommBank, Westpac, NAB, Macquarie Bank, AMP, iCare NSW, ASIC, ATO, AUS Federal Government Department of Human Services, and Lion Co. His contributions to these organizations have been instrumental in their success and growth.
