Key Achievements

Nadene was responsible for delivering Qantas’s biggest ever Transformation within the Finance arena to their most senior stakeholder group in a manner that exceeded expectations of operational excellence and was both on time and budget.

Other notable achievements including:

  • Setting up an Investment bank (Barclays Capital, India) across various countries, cultures and technologies that transformed future dealings between the parent company and its subsidiaries
  • Integration of two technically and culturally diverse ’empires’ (AMP and AXA) into a single organisation with a common purpose
